About the Role

The HR Intern supports the Human Resources team with administrative and operational tasks while gaining hands-on experience in HR practices. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate seeking practical exposure in a professional HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings and application tracking
• Support employee file management and HR documentation
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support HR projects, policy updates, and data entry
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Assist with workforce data tracking and basic analysis to support HR planning and decision-making

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an HR, Business, or related program

  • Strong interest in Human Resources and people operations

  • Basic understanding of HR practices and employment standards

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Willingness to learn and support multiple HR initiatives
